As a PICU RN for this facility you will be placed in tense situations where complex assessments are necessary. Providing direct patient care, you will evaluate outcomes, assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and provide comprehensive emergency care to critically ill patients in a PICU setting. You will also act as a liaison for patients and their families while providing accurate, detailed and professional information for the care plan associated with the patient.


Currently, we are actively searching for highly skilled and qualified PICU RNs to work in the Illinois area. Our current need is specifically for Travel RNs.

• Hours/Wk: 36

Facility Type: Large Hospital

Requirements:
Experience in a large hospital setting. In addition, you must meet or exceed the following qualifications:

• Active Unencumbered OR RN License
• Current ACLS
• Current BLS
• Current PPD/TB
• Full immunization records (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, etc)
• Verifiable References
• Willingness to complete applicable skills checklist and competency exam
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills
