The Store Manager should be a passionate leader capable of multitasking, detail-oriented, and energetic about helping employees and customers. We will provide all the training you need to be a success. Responsibilities Coach, train and develop your team daily Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers. Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
