We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL and Dallas, TX, with projects throughout the country.The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction, along with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail. We are committed to hiring driven, entrepreneurial individuals who want to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact on the projects and communities we serve.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a project team in the successful delivery of the project.Manage the day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers.Oversee contract administration and procurement for assigned projects.Prepare and manage project estimating, pay requests, and change orders.Process and respond to requests for information (RFIs) in a timely manner.Maintain cost control and monitor the project budget throughout the project lifecycle.Develop, update, and manage the project schedule.Track submittals and ensure conformance with project specifications.Enforce jobsite safety controls and ensure compliance with safety standards.Maintain and deliver a high level of quality on all project deliverables.
