• You're a licensed RN in Massachusetts
• You have at least 1-2 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role
• You've worked in community health or primary care
• You lead with clarity, compassion, and structure
• You are BLS certified and EMR proficient
• You're welcome here if bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole, but it is not required

• $91,500-$108,000 base salary
