This is a valuable opportunity to work in a high‑acuity regional referral center delivering advanced, team‑based care to critically ill patients in northwest Pennsylvania. Availability of point‑of‑care ultrasound, videolaryngoscopy, bedside bronchoscopy, easy access to prone positioning. Ability to initiate ECMO followed by transfer to quaternary center. Modern radiology suite with 3T MRI and patient‑centered layout. Opportunity to teach emergency medicine and neurology residents. All ICUs are Beacon Units (Silver and gold).
