Overview This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for employment matters at the restaurant (hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling). Role Guest Experience Leader (part-time) at a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The role may be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to fit the business needs.
