Litigation Associate

Job Overview Job Title: Litigation Associate Experience: Mid Level Salary: $275,000 - $325,000 per year Responsibilities Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through trial Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery Argue motions and participate in hearings Take and defend depositions Assist with trial preparation, including strategy development and witness preparation Work closely with partners and clients to manage cases efficiently and strategically Qualifications 4+ years of broad‑based litigation experience Demonstrated experience with commercial litigation, including matters involving breach of contract, tortious interference, and/or breach of fiduciary duty Experience arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills with consistent attention to detail Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and client‑facing communication skills Additional experience in real estate, land use, trusts & estates, and/or intellectual property litigation is highly desirable Strong academic credentials required Active admission to the California Bar required About Us We are a prominent law firm with a robust litigation practice handling complex commercial disputes across a range of industries.
