Set up and operate production machinery safely and efficiently

Monitor machines throughout the production process

Load materials into machines and remove finished products

Make basic machine adjustments as directed

Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
-
Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment
-
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
-
Report equipment problems or product-quality concerns
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
-
Perform other machine-operation duties as assigned
-
Previous machine-operating or manufacturing experience is preferred

Ability to operate production equipment safely

Ability to read and understand basic work instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
-
Ability to complete repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and consistent attendance
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position. The company uses an attendance point system, so Machine Operators must report to work consistently and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
