About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required to work as an RN in Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: MS/Tele experience IV insertion experience Description: Backfill needed in the Medical-Surgical Department. Providing quality health care for 60 years. Currently employs more than 1,000 employees and 300 physicians. Fully accredited and governed by a local board of trustees. This facility is a 167-bed healthcare facility with Level III Trauma Center status. State specific checks are required. All clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to the assignment start date. Results are required before starting. Unit profile includes medical-surgical care across all ages. Healthcare professionals in this unit assist patients in various medical and surgical needs. Equipment includes Omnicell for medication dispensing and EHR is Meditech. The supervisor is the Nursing Director. Casual wear is not acceptable; scrub color is any. Professional demeanor is expected.
