We are hiring Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Associate Store Managers!

We're growing and gearing up for a busy season-and we're looking for confident, driven leaders who are ready to make an impact. If you love sales, thrive on hitting goals, and know how to motivate a team, you'll fit right in at Beaches.

As a Beaches Manager , you'll lead from the front, drive sales and store performance, build strong guest relationships, coach and develop your team, celebrate wins, and create an energetic environment where both your team and guests love to be.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who is competitive, goal-driven, and ready to WIN. You'll have the opportunity to grow your team, grow your store, and grow your career-all while having fun along the way!

What You'll Do

Own daily store operations and drive overall store performance
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team
Drive memberships, commission sales, upgrades, and revenue growth
Set the pace on the sales floor and lead by example
Inspire your team to crush individual and store goals
Build relationships with guests and deliver an exceptional experience every time
Train, motivate, and retain top talent
Monitor team performance and turn goals into results
Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards
Build a fun, positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture
