Dental Front Desk Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and positive attitude
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining a productive patient schedule
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Verify dental insurance benefits and patient information
• Review treatment costs, collect payments, and assist with financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Help manage cancellations, schedule changes, and open appointment times
• Communicate closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through checkout

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative. You should enjoy working with people while understanding the importance of keeping a busy dental practice organized and productive.

Dental front office experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dental insurance, scheduling, treatment coordination, collections, or dental software is a plus.
