Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Client Assistance in Redmond, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will communicate professionally with visitors and team members while supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and caring culture. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.31 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Observe and report security-related concerns, property damage, maintenance issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Assist with access control, visitor direction, and traffic or parking-related concerns as assigned. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
