Seat Production Technician (Full-Time)
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment? Oregon Aero is seeking a Seat Production Technician to join our Fabric & Finishing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, materials, and detailed production processes while contributing to the creation of high-quality aerospace and seating products.

Requirements
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (non-THC)
Ability to read a ruler, patterns, drawings, and work instructions
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
Ability to safely operate hand tools, including band saws and electric knives
Ability to apply adhesives and work with a variety of materials
Strong commitment to quality workmanship and accuracy
Basic math and measurement skills, including fractions and decimals
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, aerospace, upholstery, or related experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
Job Duties
Read production patterns and build components according to work instructions and specifications
Accurately document material usage and production information on work orders
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
Follow established production, quality control, and safety procedures
Understand and comply with Oregon Aero Quality Management System requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers
Perform repetitive production tasks while standing throughout the workday
Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule
Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
Monday through Friday
Day Shift
Hours to be confirmed by employer
Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour
Paid on-the-job training provided
Eligible for a generous benefits package upon successful completion of the probationary period and permanent hire
