Job Summary:

• Assist with ADLs and IADLs.
• Support individuals in building life and social skills. 
• Support the individual in integrating into the community with outings, appointments, and recreational activities. 
• Follow care plans and ensure a safe, positive environment.
• Document daily progress and communicate with team members.

Qualifications (REQUIRED):

• Driver's license or State ID card (non-expired)
• Proof of Car Insurance
• Social Security Card
• Diploma/GED/Transcripts
• Ability to pass a federal background check

CASES FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE

Virginia Beach, VA, Monday-Thursday 8AM-4PM 

• Must be able to support with transferring. 
• Must be comfortable working around dogs. 
• Must be able to fully support with ADL's.  

Virginia Beach, VA, Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM 

• Must be comfortable working around cats. 

Suffolk, Virginia, Monday-Friday, 5PM-9PM
