Job Title: Rehab Therapy Manager (Physical Therapy) – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Republic, WA
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: $125,000 – $145,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Rehab Therapy Manager to lead and oversee rehabilitation therapy services. The role focuses on managing physical therapy operations, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in rehabilitation/physical therapy
• Strong leadership and clinical management skills
• Background in Physical Therapy preferred
