Locum- CRNA

Job Description St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center is looking for 1 additional CRNA to start as soon as credentialed for an ongoing assignment. Schedule: 5 8 hour days, 4 10s, and 12 hour shifts are also available. All CRNAs submitted at this time must be willing to do weekend call work (pager, not in-house). Call details below: WEEKEND CALL: 0700 - 0700 Saturday or Sunday. Call 1 on Sunday is off Post Call on Monday, Call 2 is not off Post Call. Weeknight call at least once per week. Trauma cases - MOSTLY. CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks, NO regional anesthesia. # of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology EMR: EPIC Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12. Option to work 4 10 hour days or 5 8 hour days, also can offer 12 hour shifts Will need a DEA and CSR Credentialing timeframe is roughly 90 days. Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process MD diploma Internship/residency/fellowship certs All medical licenses DEA Board Certification Life support cards- BLS Current and previous certificates of insurance Driver’s license Professional color photo/headshot CMEs for the past 2 years Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID References Case logs
