We are looking for licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) who are passionate about mental health, collaborative and creative, and open to working with diverse populations. If you're interested in working with kids and/or couples we definitely want to talk to you!

What you'll do:

• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and documentation
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 session hours per week (for full-time)
• Deliver creative, client-centered therapy services
• Collaborate with a fun and supportive clinical team
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Active clinical license in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience with treatment planning, diagnostics, and progress documentation
• Comfortable with diverse client populations
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
• Experience with EHR systems and computer systems (Valant is a plus)
