RADEIN Advisors LLC is a boutique managed service provider delivering network, fiber, security, access control, and A/V systems to clients nationally. Our client base runs from national accounts to K-12 districts. We are a small, senior team, and this role is crucial to everyone, as it is intended to own the back office functions of the business.

Reporting directly to the Founder and CTO, the Business Operations Manager will be a critical part of the financial and administrative functions of the company: purchase orders, inventory, AP/AR in QuickBooks Online, vendor accounts, and end-to-end documentation that makes a project-based business scalable.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• QuickBooks Online: estimates, invoicing, AP/AR, expense coding, PO issuance, month-end cleanup. You are responsible for keeping the books current.
• Purchasing and inventory: issue POs to distributors, track quantity on hand and reorder points, chase lead times, reconcile receipts against bills and POs.
• Vendor and partner accounts: open accounts, hold terms, keep invoices paid and relationships strong.
• First point of contact: phone and email for clients, vendors, and field technicians.
• Leadership calendars: Scheduling, meeting coordination, and keeping deadlines from slipping.
• Task capture and follow-through: including the things said in passing that nobody wrote down.
• Documentation: contracts, POs, estimates, invoices, and job records, organized and findable on demand.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online ownership. Prior experience in personally building estimates, invoices, and POs and run AP/AR.
• Advanced skills in Excel pivot tables, lookups, formulas
• Experience in a project- or job-based business: MSP, low-voltage, electrical, mechanical, fire/life-safety, construction, or a similar trade
• Microsoft 365 fluency (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• The ability to work with little supervision -- thrives as a self-starter but asks questions and clarifies when unsure
• Ability to pass a criminal background check. Our work takes our team onto client sites, and many of whom clients require it of us. This is not negotiable.
