About the Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, outpatient-focused private practice in one of South Floridas most desirable areas. Enjoy autonomy, efficiency, and long-term growth in a physician-led environment..

• 1 physician & 1 APP
• Schedule: Weekdays 9 a.m. 5 p.m.
  • 20 office visits/day, 2025 procedures/day
  • No call, no weekends, no inpatient work
• Streamlined support team: MA, clinical coordinator, front desk, office manager
• Affiliated with Surgery Center of Aventura and Venture Surgical Center
• Medicare and private insurance payor mix
• Adult patient population
• ASC investment opportunity available

Compensation & Benefits:  

• Base $350k - $400k  + additional RVU-based incentive structure
