As a Part Time Registered Nurse , you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Norcross, GA . The scheduled hours are Part-Time, 26 hours per week. Monday & Thursday, 7:30am-4:00pm; Tuesday & Wednesday, 7:30am-12:00pm. Some flexibility in the schedule. 
Great work/life balance. Must be comfortable working alone. Occupational Health experience a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed.
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring 

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred.
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required.
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites.
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic.
