About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join their executive leadership team. The role demands a leader with exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as a proven track record in leading significant growth initiatives and market expansion efforts. A grounded, blue-collar executive with a hands-on approach, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels is ideal. The CGO will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree being preferred, and must demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission, values, and culture.
