The CNA HHA plays a critical role in providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in a home health setting. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, supporting mobility, maintaining hygiene, and effectively communicating with patients and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Support personal hygiene and grooming needs
- Facilitate clear communication between patients and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home health care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically in patient care
