Compassionate Medical Office Assistant | Front Desk & Patient Care

7500 Methodist Medical Group

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks a Medical Office Assistant to support front desk operations in ambulatory/clinic sites. You will greet patients, triage calls, register in EMR, prepare charts, and collect payments while maintaining patient-centered care.

The role requires a High School Diploma, preferred experience in physician offices and insurance verifications; certifications in medical office administration are a plus.
