Pay Rate: $ 53.00/ hour
*W2



Pay/Travel Package:


Total Travel Comp = $1,456 (Lodging - $854.00, M&I - $602.00)


Total Comps = $2,107.60


Shift Details:

• 12 hour shifts- Night,

LPN Duties

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses.
• Assess patients, monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency response protocols.
• Comply with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain all required certifications, training, and employment-related documentation.

LPN Qualifications

• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State VT. The license MUST be in good standing
• 1 year of experience
