Maintenance Lead Technician

divh2Maintenance Technician/h2pSupervise, assist, area technicians on breakdowns or other issues./ppManagement of work orders, repairs, rebuilds or other tasks for technicians or Maintenance support./ppRespond to safety issues or emergencies in plant./ppTimesheet / Time off / Attendance management in Kronos for direct reports./ppSupervisor duties./ppCommunication with production management on maintenance related issues or other items./ppSupport technician troubleshooting of problems / breakdowns on production equipment making proper repairs as necessary and drive escalation of response as necessary. These repairs and troubleshooting include but are not limited to: Electrical, PLC / Control system, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Plumbing / building./ppCommunicate with production operators, supervisors about machine problems and taking necessary actions to address./ppUnderstanding of computers, navigation, Word/Text/XL document editing. File handling./ppWill learn MP2 (maintenance management system) navigation. Inventory/Work orders/On-Site requests/etc./ppMust communicate with other team members via written passdowns at the end of each shift./ppWill need to be flexible on hours as maintenance will mirror production on daily schedules and weekends if posted./ppSupport-Follow all our Client safety policies and practices including LOTO and Restricted Space Troubleshooting procedures./ppBecome arc flash certified through our Clients LMS and TPC training programs./ppMust have the ability to complete self-study course work necessary to reach the top of the specialist level./ppParticipate in daily team meetings./ppMust be proficient in the use of shop equipment and hand tools./ppMust be proficient in the using electrical testing equipment and able to troubleshoot, diagnose electrical and PLC issues to get them resolved in a timely manner./ppWill need to be able to work with production on arranging time to work on or PM equipment./ppMay need to stay late or come in early if a project, work order, or breakdown makes if necessary./ppWill need to be able to assist in other areas if help is needed./pp1st Shift: 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday/ppWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, ADD, tuition reimbursement, and more.
