AI-First Lead Engineer

AI-First Lead Engineer, responsible for the end-to-end design, quality, and reliability of AI capabilities in a full-time role, focusing on delivering scalable and high-performing AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the design of AI solutions, including model selection and orchestration patterns Implement and maintain safety guardrails to mitigate AI risks and ensure quality metrics Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers in AI-enabled development practices Required Qualifications 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in ML/AI production environments Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML/LLM tooling and APIs Experience in designing evaluation frameworks with measurable quality metrics Practical knowledge of AI safety risks and mitigation techniques Strong TypeScript/Node fundamentals for evaluating AI-generated code
