This role includes managing preconstruction, estimating, subcontractors, submittals, and budgets to keep projects on schedule and ensure high-quality results. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field Prefer 5+ years as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager Experienced as a General Contractor on large commercial construction projects and renovations Prefer experience with Tenant Improvements (TI) or Justice Construction Experience with stadiums, recreation, high rise, and education also preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Viewpoint, Bluebeam, or BIM software Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
