Memory Care Director

Owen Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Memory Care Unit Manager to oversee the memory care wing, complete MDS and related assessments, and lead day-to-day operations. You will run care plan meetings, ensure daily programming, educate staff on dementia care, and collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth operations.
