What You’ll Do Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and battery testing Perform North Carolina Safety and Emissions Inspections (If not currently licensed, we will send you for certification; if licensed, we will transfer it) Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns Communicate inspection results and recommendations clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with light repairs under the guidance of senior technicians (Learn directly from 3—soon to be 4—GM World Class Technicians, an opportunity few dealerships can offer) What We’re Looking For Previous Automotive Experience And/or Formal Automotive Schooling Required Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a desire to grow in the automotive industry Valid driver’s license required (non-negotiable) Must be able to pass a background check and initial drug screening (non-negotiable) What We Offer Top-tier flat rate pay with multiple performance-based bonuses Bonuses paid weekly $300 monthly vehicle allowance Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid training with clearly defined advancement paths through GM and ASE certifications Climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility with expansion underway (Soon to support 30 service bays) Uniforms provided A professional, supportive, and forward-thinking work environment where careers are built—not stalled Why Sir Walter Chevrolet?
