Title: Recruiter-Level 1 - Associate Location: Juno Beach FL Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $28.00 - $31.00 Position Specific Description We’re looking for a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You’ll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates-all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved. Position is based in Juno Beach, 5 days per week. What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques-Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree Prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems) Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike Job Overview Employees in this job independently manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent. This position ensures alignment between recruitment strategies and business goals while delivering an excellent experience to candidates and hiring managers.
