Press helpers assist the press process by taking the finished products off the line. You will band and package finished products and move them off to shipping. This position includes a lot of forklift driving.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Common use of a forklift
• Some physical lifting
• Mechanically inclined decision making
• Working off-shift
• On feet for extended amount of time

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand job documentation
• Physical coordination to lift and move product
• Trainable with fork lift truck
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• Math ability, including conversions (English & Metric units)
• Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
