This role will be an assessing therapist with a lighter case load to take on some DOR responsibilities.

• Attending morning meetings, facility meetings and doing the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA). Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes. Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
