Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time temporary positions on day shift (7a - 7:30p, every other Saturday and Sunday) shift for a 3- 6 month temp assignment. This position has the opportunity to become a full-time permanent position after the temp period.

3-6 month temp-to-perm assignment - $60 per hour + shift differential

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is a 126-bed, inpatient psychiatric hospital and start-up joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services.

In addition to a general adult unit and dedicated adolescent unit, the facility will also offer services for treating those with co-occurring disorders on the psychiatric-medical unit, an intensive adult unit to care for those with severe conditions, as well as a women's trauma unit.

Qualifications

What Does LBHH Require for this Role?

• A valid State of Pennsylvania Nursing (RN) (Registered Nurse) License is required.
• Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience is helpful but not required.
• CPR certification is required upon hire and will be provided at orientation if needed.
• Candidates employed by any UHS facility within the last 6 months are not eligible for the temporary position.
