Senior Manager of AI Enablement

Leading enterprise-wide AI initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of AI Enablement will drive the adoption of AI tools and workflows, manage an AI champions program, and collaborate with teams to implement practical AI solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, providing demonstrations and support to enhance practical use cases Manage the AI champions program to promote federated adoption while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards Collaborate with Learning & Development to create training materials and workshops for AI tool usage Required qualifications: Deep experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, and Power Platform, including AI readiness and use case development Substantial knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and content governance Experience in enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot and running peer-learning programs Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a focus on employee engagement Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and enterprise data platforms is advantageous
