Salary: $121,000 - 161,000 per year Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, client support, business analysis, or a related discipline.
- A bachelors degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
- A strong client-service mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize priorities and handle several tasks at once.
- Comfortable working independently with direction while collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in P&C insurance is an advantage.
- Exposure to XML, SQL, web services, APIs, or networking concepts is beneficial but not essential.
- Assist clients with data feeds and help maintain dependable system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve routine connectivity, data, and technical issues, escalating more complex matters when needed.
- Answer client questions about reporting, data responses, and record upkeep.
- Carry out data quality checks to spot errors and improve reporting accuracy.
- Work with internal business and technical teams to address client issues.
- Record issues, resolutions, and procedures to strengthen team knowledge.
- Build knowledge of ClaimSearch products, processes, and technologies while developing technical expertise.
