A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KTM EXTERIORS SALES CONSULTANT...

· Support our KTM Exteriors Pledge to homeowners including exceptional communication, on-time service, cleanliness, and integrity.

· Meet directly with homeowners to inspect and document any damage.

· Create estimates based on industry-specific software, and personal inspection of the roof.

· Present and close proposals

· Some Leads will be provided, but self-generation is also encouraged.

· Follow up on leads in a timely manner

· Manage the entire customer lifecycle including, lead generation, generating customer proposals, and warranty documentation, collection of customer payments, and ensuring job profitability.

· Set up a ladder and sometimes walk on a residential roof

· 2+ years Sales Experience

· Coachable with Desire to Learn

· Self-Motivated & Dedicated

· Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills

· Team Player with a Positive and Fun Attitude

· Active Listener

· Attention to Detail Nature

· Desire to Learn

· Strong Computer Skills

· Valid Driver’s License

· High School Diploma or GED

· Preferred to reside within approximately 20 miles from our office
