About the Role

We are looking for energetic and dependable Event Staff members to help deliver organized, engaging, and welcoming experiences at promotional events and brand activities. This position is suited to people who enjoy working with the public, collaborating with a team, and contributing to successful event experiences.

No specific event experience is required for entry-level candidates. Training and guidance will be provided to help you learn event procedures and responsibilities.

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
• Arrange promotional materials, displays, and supplies according to event requirements.
• Welcome attendees and provide general event information.
• Support brand activations and promotional activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and presentable event area.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and explain relevant offers.
• Coordinate with team members to keep event activities running smoothly.
• Follow event instructions and represent clients in a professional manner.

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with the public.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to instructions.
• Ability to stay organized in a busy event environment.
• Willingness to assist with setup and other hands-on event tasks.
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, or promotional experience is helpful but not required.
