Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Petroleum Landman, based in Tulsa, OK. The Petroleum Landman will handle land acquisition, analyze property and mineral rights, negotiate leases, and draft agreements. Additional tasks include researching land titles, managing records, maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards, and working closely with stakeholders to facilitate oil and gas operations. Qualifications Experience in land acquisition, lease negotiations, and drafting agreements Proficiency in researching land records, title work, and mineral rights Strong understanding of oil and gas contracts, property law, and regulatory compliance Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and landowners Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Business, or related field preferred Experience in mineral interest acquisition and leasehold management is an advantage Knowledge of industry software and relevant tools is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr Triple Crown Energy
