Delivery Truck Driver - CDL A

Job Overview Truck driving position at Ferguson. Starting hourly rate $25, may be higher based on experience. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM (with some overtime as needed) Qualifications 2‑5 years of commercial truck driving experience preferred. Must hold a valid CDL A. Must be at least 21 years of age. Meet and maintain all CDL requirements. Follow all DOT standards and regulations. Maintain a valid DOT Medical card. Ability to lift items up to 50lbs. Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus. Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach. Ability to navigate and use basic technology, including iPads. Pre‑employment drug and background screening required. Responsibilities Deliver materials to customers, using pallet jack and two‑wheel dolly for loading/unloading, and ensure delivery tickets are completed. Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credit requests. Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems to supervisor. Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures. Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material. Work overtime as needed.
