Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented

HR Assistant

to support daily human resources functions, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, leave tracking, and other HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will assist with HR processes, maintain accurate employee documentation, and ensure effective communication with employees and management. Bilingual proficiency in

English and Mandarin

is required.

Responsibilities Provide support for daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and personnel documentation. Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment documentation. Support new hire onboarding by preparing employment forms, collecting required documents, and assisting with ADP registration. Coordinate background checks and assist with employment eligibility verification, including Form I-9 and E-Verify, as assigned. Maintain and update employee records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation. Track employee training requirements and online course completion, send reminders, and follow up on outstanding training. Assist with employee benefits documentation, leave records, attendance tracking, and other routine HR administrative tasks. Prepare HR forms, employment letters, reports, and other personnel-related documents. Assist with employee communications, training coordination, and company events. Provide bilingual HR support in

English and Mandarin

, including document preparation and employee communications. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in HR, administrative support, or a related role is preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant education or internship experience are welcome. Basic knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and employment documentation. Familiarity with employment forms (Form I-9 and W-4), background checks, and E-Verify is a plus. Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or online training platforms is a plus; willingness to learn new systems is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures. Good verbal and written communication skills in both
