Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a part-time, on-site position based in Huntington Station, NY. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and presenting Hercules Systems solutions to prospective and existing dealership clients.
Key responsibilities include contacting leads to generate interest, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, and managing ongoing customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound calling and pipeline development.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and support a positive client experience.
- Candidates should have clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in a simple, compelling way.
- Candidates should be comfortable using CRM and sales tools, managing data accurately, and working with basic sales reporting.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, automotive, or equipment/technology solutions is helpful.
- Ability to work on-site in Huntington Station, NY, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales goals. xhyhwjd
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
