Position: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to design, configure, and maintain our SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will work closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical groups to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, supporting full-lifecycle implementations and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Configuration: Configure and customize core SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
- Business Process Analysis: Lead requirement-gathering workshops, conduct gap analysis (As-Is vs. To-Be), and draft comprehensive Business Blueprints and functional specifications.
- Cross-Module Integration: Manage integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including MM (Procurement), SD (Sales), PP (Production), and HR.
- Testing & Deployment: Design test scenarios, write test scripts, and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support & Maintenance: Provide L2/L3 production support, resolve post-go-live issues, perform root-cause analysis, and assist with period-end/year-end financial closing activities.
- User Training & Documentation: Prepare end-user training materials, document functional specifications, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for local finance teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
