We are looking for a dedicated Patient Registration Representative to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your skills.Responsibilities:• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring the smooth flow of communication• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally• Execute data entry tasks, keeping patient records up-to-date and accurate• Correspond via email, providing clear and concise information to patients and team members• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and enhance their experience• Employ Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage and organize files• Schedule appointments, ensuring a well-coordinated flow of patients• Adapt to varied shifts, demonstrating flexibility and commitment• Use your experience in customer-facing roles such as cashiers, bartenders, waiters, waitresses, etc., to enhance patient pacing and overall satisfaction.
