$22.00 - $25.00/hour Starting Pay

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing industrial operation in Corpus Christi. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing, processing, production, or heavy industrial environment.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Replace bearings, belts, motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, and other components as needed
• Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Experience performing preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industrial electrical experience
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety practices
