Program Manager

Program Managers lead a team of Direct Support professionals that support people with disabilities by example and as outlined in each individual's Person-centered Plan. This role creates a positive and supportive teamwork experience within the group home, where all members contribute and are valued. The Program Manager is responsible for operating the group home, coordinating maintenance, ensuring safety standards, budgeting, staff-related issues, and vehicles.

Spectrum Community Services is a non-profit organization that provides quality support and life-enhancing opportunities for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. This may include individuals with mental illness diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D or equivalent
• Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record
• Must have reliable and ongoing transportation.
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Must complete all required background clearances
