What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on clinical interviews and available records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans for inmates
• Make rounds in segregation or confined housing units to evaluate mental health needs and inmate adjustment
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and mental health support tailored to individual needs
• Gather pertinent information through consultations to understand behavioral escalations and mental health changes
• Participate in team discussions to ensure quality care and proper follow-through

What You Need:

• Active or eligible license as a Psychologist in Nevada or appropriate licensing jurisdiction
• Experience with mental health assessments, counseling, or correctional mental health settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform all duties with professionalism and compassion
