We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician / Electronics Technician to support our first-shift operations. This role is crucial for testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic and electromechanical products prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic systems, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing and validation of electronic and flow technology products.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies and components.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Utilize test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Document test results, failures, and corrective actions accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Skills

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in electronic testing or troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Experience with standard electronic test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Familiarity with flow technology or industrial equipment.
• Understanding of quality control processes.

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
