We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for RNs with 2+ years of experience in Surgical Services or Acute Care.
Hourly Wage: $36.00–$49.16
Gross Earnings: $432.00–$589.92 for a 12-Hour Shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime will be compensated according to applicable laws)

ResponsibilitiesThe Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, patient-centered perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process while working closely with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to any clinical changes.
- Ensure a safe, sterile environment and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Oversee and assist OR Technicians and support staff.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and unit projects.
- Facilitate efficient patient flow, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver high-quality care.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Education, Experience, and Training:
- Must hold a current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
- ACLS (AHA) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained.
- PALS (AHA) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained.
- A minimum of one year of previous perioperative experience or on-the-job training is required.
- CNOR Certification (AORN) is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
