In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure while ensuring strong performance, reliability, and security across multiple locations.Your ImpactDesign, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure that supports business operations across the organizationMonitor network performance, traffic, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact usersTroubleshoot network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages to minimize downtimeImplement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools to help protect company systems and dataUpgrade network hardware, firmware, and configurations to improve reliability and performanceMaintain clear network documentation, topology diagrams, and security protocolsYour StrengthsStrong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, SSL VPN, routing, switching, and network securityExperience working with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring toolsAdvanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience supporting business environments in the past 2 yearsNatural problem-solver who can quickly diagnose and resolve technical issuesBachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred, or equivalent experienceIf we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLEAnd we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will beCHAMPIONS OF CANNABISWhy Join UsHolistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
