Job Title: New Product Introduction Project / Product Manager
Location: Libertyville, IL
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NPI projects from development through commercialization.
- Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
- Drive project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.
- Provide project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing.
- Strong NPI, product lifecycle, and manufacturing knowledge.
- Experience in FDA/GMP-regulated environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
